Hi Guys, I’ll be running a 4 week netball and rugby league specific strength and conditioning session (pre-season training).
Starting from next week 20th Dec to the week of the 10th of Jan 2022.
It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are, if your kid is just starting out or wanting to take their fitness skills to the next level, all I need is for them to show up and I’ll do the rest ????????
I’ll be taking groups of 5 or less, so get your groups together and DM me for days/times and prices.
